REFUND POLICY

At Port City Protection, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. However, due to the nature of firearms and ammunition, our return policy is strictly regulated.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all specifications for items prior to submitting an order. The images, descriptions, and specifications of the products we sell come directly from the distributors we purchase from.

In the case where an item purchased has some sort of defect, please understand that the manufacturer’s warranty (if any) will apply, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to work with the manufacturer in repairing/replacing their item. Port City Protection LLC does not implicitly or explicitly warrant any of the items it sells.

If Port City Protection makes a mistake or if your item is lost, we will certainly refund you in full, or obtain the item you ordered an reship it. We certainly do make mistakes, but our goal is to make it right and communicate effectively. In all other situations, please understand that all sales are final.
