The Surefire ProComp muzzle brake is designed for .223 Rem/5.56 NATO platforms with 1/2-28 muzzle threads. Its offset porting is intended to reduce recoil impulse and muzzle rise, while the stand-alone design is not a mount or adapter for SureFire Fast-Attach sound suppressors.

Precision-machined steel construction, a black nitride finish, and high-precision threads support durable use and a consistent thread interface. Pilot holes at the 9 o’clock and 6 o’clock positions provide options for tuning and pin-and-weld applications.
